DICTATOR KITTY

The installation shows fascinating figures: glowing cats that embody chaos, mischief and the darker aspects of human nature. In literature and folklore, black cats represent misfortune or superstition, independence and mystery.
The exhibition invites us to question our understanding of authority and its absurdities. Are we mere spectators in a world governed by capricious forces, or do we have the power to shape our own reality?

Dictator Kitty is an installation that constantly evolves over the course of a month. The black cat is an archetypal symbol associated with magic, darkness and the unknown in many cultures.

The main character of this installation - BEHEMOTH is both a demonic manifestation and a caricature that questions our relationship to power and chaos.

BEHEMOTH—a title that refers to the gigantic, unshakable creature from the Old Testament as well as the grotesque and menacing cat in human form who appears as the companion of the devil Roland in Bulgakov's surreal novel, The Master and Margarita.

According to later Jewish legend: a great battle that will take place between them. "From the beautiful skin of the Leviathan, God will construct canopies to shelter the righteous, who will eat the meat of the Behemoth and the Leviathan amid great joy and merriment.“
